ERA American Real Estate spirit week My Safe Place Pet Rescue - 10/31/2020

Friday was Scooby Doo birthday party to collect donations for My Safe Place Pet Rescue in Crestview.
The Crestview ERA digital sign also displays a message everyday reminding everyone to spay and neuter their pets.
This is a good effort put on by ERA to remind everyone to do everyday things.
Members of the Crestview Florida office took time out to help volunteer at a pet adoption event for a 501 non profit that my mom helped to start called My Safe Place Pet Rescue in Crestview Florida Okaloosa county.
They spent time setting up to have play area for the cats and dogs that were up for adoption, they also spent time with each animal during the day.

I have joined the Okaloosa Democrats LGBT caucus in Okaloosa Florida. This is a great group of people that has started up this group I am happy to be one of the members of the caucus and now happy to have been voted approved to be Vice President by the caucus.
We promote the candidacy of Democrats committed to the principle that everyone deserves equal rights, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
I look forward to brining some insight on the #EqualityAct to the caucus and working with them on encouraging our state Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott to hold a vote in the Senate on this important fair housing issue.

I have joined the Okaloosa Democrats LGBT caucus in Okaloosa Florida. This is a great group of people that has started up this group I am happy to be one of the members of the caucus and now happy to have been voted approved to be Vice President by the caucus.
This is the groups new logo, a family member of one of the members volunteered and created the logo and others to be used on print materials.
I am looking forward to learning what the caucus can do with resolutions and other quick action items.
The meetings are open to all who would like to join the committee that are Democrats.

ERA had a spirit week this week,
This is a good effort put on by ERA to remind everyone to do everyday things.
I want to say thank you for the public support of the LGBT community in our area during Pride Month this year on all social media pages for each office of ERA American Real Estate.
One of the days of the spirit week was a thank you day to reach out to to say thank you.

We want to thank NAGLREP The National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals for their continued efforts for passage of the #EqualityAct that a year ago this week passed in the house for the first time ever.
@NAGLREP held a policy summit in D.C. with guest speaker U.S. Senator Tim Kaine to discuss the importance of fair housing for all.
Our Okaloosa Democratic Pride Squad Vice President Brandon Jordan was able to attend this event as a member of NAGLREP Policy Committee
all members were called on to meet with their elected officials to provide information and discuss this important bill before the vote.
